sounds like you need to gather a few of these "ganster wanna bes" take them to the range for a picnic and safety/basic marksmanship lessons. Emphasis on safety and after the shooting session, fire up the grill and have a lunch/dinner of burgers, dogs, pasta salad and pop while munching and shooting the poo, discuss and reaffirm what was just learned during the shooting session.
