I don't think there's such thing as to many guns. Everybody has there own reasons to buy them. I buy them because I enjoy shooting and grew up in a hunting family. I mostly buy military rifles because they are a important piece of history. And buy .22's because there inexpensive to shoot.

I believe if you get to the point you can't fully appreciate all your guns its time to sell a few

Not only are guns a great "hobby", etc. they are a great investment!
I collect guns myself. I won't give the exact number for numerous reasons but, they fill walls and rooms.
I collect all kinds but, the real fun is collecting series...
- Marlin .22 caliber - A, B, C series, etc.
- .22 caliber Nylon 66 semi auto - brown, black, green, etc.
- 30-30 caliber model 94, model 464, etc.
You can really get into it and trying to find that last gun to complete the series can sometimes be like panning for gold in the Mississippi!

So, being a collector like this, there is no such thing as too many guns... IMO

Nope there isn't. But I will know my limit when I hit it. Plus I am going to be getting my hunting license soon. Anyways my neighbor has about 50 guns in his collection.
