In 1974 I bought one for $450.00 have been offered $2100.00+ for it several times. The Second one I paid $1100.00 for in 1985. I have been offered $3200 for it more than once. You can not get that kind of return from any bank. And they do not eat anything and they just set there and become a good investment. Yes you can enjoy and shoot them if you take care of them! The others are good for if the SHTF. They will be the best barter items you could ever want! That's my rational and I am sticking to it!
Good Luck, Enjoy and keep collecting! Just advise!

Exactly my point never enough I go after the ones I really want first then the other ones after that. Plus it's my hobby to collect guns and ammo.

If you have one gun, you have too many.

Only you can decide whether you have enough guns or not. I was told the same thing several months ago. Do you know what I did? I built an AR-15.

lets put it this way....guns are suppose to be bought with spendable income.
that means after all the bills are paid.
all the savings are invested.
food on the table.
gas in the car.
clean and healthy.

if you are dipping into the areas that are for living a normal life, then you have too many guns.
if you start shooting more than working, more than doing chores, more than planning for a future, think about guns when engaged in dangerous work.....you got your priorities wrong.

i never endangered my familes well being for a gun. and, i made a very wise decision on the gun road...i now sell one before i buy one.
hope this helps.

It is unlikely, but possible, that there MAY be such a thing as enough guns; but there is absolutely no such thing as too many!!!
