The worse part of that vid is they messed up the kevlar it didn't look like there was a truma plate in the vest. I hope they don't try and reuse the vest. That was a pretty light weight vest at close range with a fast moving bullet. It could have had a far different ending easily. The vid alone should be enough to show neither the the shooter or the guy getting shot should own firearms.
