i have the joy of drinking wine, and beer while everyone else cooks.. taking a nap on the sofa, and watching football.. yay.

ive got a turnkey on the weber smokey mountain cooker. its been roasting at 250 since 5.30 this morning.

should be ready by noon

I hear that's a good one. I had an electric torpedo style one once...real junk and wouldn't get hot enough.

21 lb. bird in the oven. 2 daughters bring the rest of the meal as they insist on almost everything homemade. Dressing, shrimp salad, ambrosia salad, green bean casserole, prime rib, black olives, jellied and regular cranberries, pecan pie, pumpkin pie, apple pie, and of course gravy and whip cream. I probably forgot some things but I'm sure you get the point. Hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving!
