I LOL'd repeatedly. My favorite LOL was the "apology letter" bit.
I do wish the first presentor would learn a simple lesson i learned years ago teaching night classes: When you talk at a rapid pace in a presentation, some people will instinctively feel that you are telling them something that will be very important to them in the near future, many people will be unable to retain much detail from your presentation, and some people will find you too dificult to understand and will simply tune out. The second presentor carried a much better pace. I taught accounting, details were very important; i spoke fairly slowly unless i was telling a joke to wake them up or something of that nature.
