Batman is cool, although he had the gay sidekick Robin!
Although I think he could tough it out in the in the Batcave for years, if he had enough ammo ,and gas for the Bat mobile. I would think that Batman would survive!

Default regulated super hero's

Well, they'd make Superman register his laser vision as a concealed weapon. He wouldn't be allowed to use his x-ray vision(invasion of privacy/spying). The FAA wouldn't allow him to travel any faster that regulated personal aircraft or exceed a 32,000ft altitude ceiling. They would force him to change in his own home due to public nudity ordinances. The title 'Superman' implies the he is superior to other men and he'd be sued for discrimination and racism.
