This happened at Blythes gun range in Valparaiso, In about 4-5 years ago! They used to rent guns. The guy rented a gun, went into the range and shot himself.

This is why most ranges tha rent guns won't rent to people who come in alone with no equipment.

Hell, if I go to the range, I'm shooting until I'm done. Period.

Depending on the size of the range, and whether they were indoor, or outdoor ranges, and whether the ranges were separated, they might have not even known it happened.
My local range is completely outdoors, but it's possible for me to be on the pistol range, and not be able to see someone off themselves on the rifle range. At least until I pass it on the way out.

Our local indoor range has housed 3 suicides and a murder suicide.

3 of which have been in the past 5 years.




I don't shoot there anymore.
