I'm just a simple Gunners Mate Guns SA, nothing special, two ribbons, one Armed Forces Expedtionary medal, been out for 23 years. i never claim anything other than that,
This dung heap should be handed over to the French Foreign Legion, survive two years and we'll reinstate your citizenship.

At first I was just thinking dude had a Halloween costume; then I read the article.

Dude must be pretty messed up if he actually thought he would get away with it.

A couple hundred if he bought everything new. The coat alone is $87. The ribbons are around $1-$2 each. That adds up.

I suppose it would be much more convincing if he knew how to put ribbon racks together.
It does seem like there is a ribbon for nearly everything, but this...

The desert boots are classic. FWIW, Boots are permitted with blues, however, they will typically be highly polished jump boots (Honor Guard typically.)

P.S. The reflective belt is missing!
I'm glad you posted it I was going to. It kind of adds to the stupidity of what he's doing. Like all he could find was pics of Airmen that didn't show shoes.

My favorite has got the be the CIB.

Not only is it on an Air Force jacket, it's below a whole bunch of fruit salad that should be hanging from it.

Hehehe. We had a cadet try something with this. Ended up sprinting around the barracks with his body weight in water jugs. I've always preferred wearing the bare minimum.
