I want either less corruption or more opportunity to participate in it.

Default Speaking of BOOs.....

The NHL draft has just started in New Jersey.... Bettman can barely be heard over the booing!!! He's just yelling his words & fidgeting like he usually does (self centered moron)

I see the Blackhawks showed their gratitude to Bolland by trading him to Toronto for 3 draft picks.

Yep... But the bombshell was the Canuck's to Devils trade for Schneider.... WOW!! We all know Luongo is NOT a happy camper. I see some tap dancing happening REAL quickly on part of the Vancouver owners and management.

The Devils will sign Danny Briere and then win the cup.

That's all part of any of the professional sports. The players know there's always that chance to be traded. Yes, Bolland is an excellent player but a good coach/manager......whoever.......is always looking for where their needs are and making improvements. You can't let a team get stagnant. It's sad, I hate to see players I've enjoyed on the teams I root for traded, but it's part of the game. I'm still mourning the loss of Phil Jackson who coached our Bulls and that was many, many years ago. I also miss Ozzie Guillen.

Yeah. We got decimated after the last Cup too, due to the cap. The NHL is going to have to raise it at some point, even though it's going to ultimately cost the consumer.

TOTALLY agree.... but we'll probably have to suffer yet another lockout for that to even be brought to the table... and if the players want it, they probably will not get it ... They'll settle for a band-aid fix agreement that's probably not too different from what they currently work under...and kick it down the road for another 5 to 6 seasons... and then GUESS WHAT... another lockout.
...Yet another reason to get rid of Bettman!!

If Vancouver gets an enforcer and a playoff goalie, they'll be in the thick of it.
