Glenfiddich is reasonable single malt, price wise.
Chivas is my stuff.
Tanqueray or Gordons for gin.
Stoli for vodka.
I can't mess with tequila.

Knob Creek is probably the best affordable single malt. Got that smoky flavor as well.
Vodka? Stoli is a multi-filtered affordable brand.
Two-fingers is a good tequilla, but you can never go wrong with the average agave mix. Most can't tell from a margarita made with 40% versus 90%. YMMV

just my favorites Southern Comfort (SoCo), Makers Mark, Heaven Hill, Cats Eye (Absinth), Irish Creamer, and wild turkey. I drink cheap considering my ammo budget cut out my beer money.

I strongly disagree with that, and it looks like others do, too. Definitely not in the "medium shelf" category ala Smirnoff or something like that.

I like Black Velvet Canadian whiskey, it's pretty cheap but I find it smoother than Crown Royal. Back in my Scotch drinking days (which is spelled whisky, I believe) I liked Johnny Walker Red Label. Had a bit more of a bite than the Black. I might find my tastes have changed if I try it again. Vodka-pff, all tastes like rubbing alcohol to me, Tequila all tastes like kerosene. Rum doesn't really seem to matter that much as long as you don't buy the bottom of the line crap. Guess I'm just a low-brow.

There is NO WAY Tito's is a 95 grade vodka. Some wine enthusiast magazine rag voted it that high? *yawn* Instant disqualification from discussion based on that alone. I think not.
It may be made in Texas, and it may get points for that from you Texans, but it does NOT sip as well as other vodkas, although I will admit it's great in it's price range.
Putting it at a 95 means it's BETTER THAN, a Stoli Elite or Jean Marc XO, and slightly behind a Kauffman Luxury Vintage or the Russian Jewel of Russia Ultra, all of which cost a sh!tton more and with good reason.
It's a good vodka, and a good one for the price, but anyone that rates it a 95 out of 100 doesn't know a thing about vodka in my opinion.
A 95 grade vodka can be sipped, or drank straight out of the bottle as if it were water, without sucking the wind out of your lungs or making you feel like you just drank turpentine.
Ineff is looking for a good vodka for the price to obtain. Tito's fits that category. I happen to think that Zyr is a better option in that category based on extensive personal testing.
