I just acquired a patient who spent the better part of her life in England.
The woman's condition is pretty dire, as is her personal situation. Let's just say that she doesn't have a whole lot to be happy about.
My caseload allows me about ten minutes a patient.
I spent an hour with this one, shooting off what I've learned in this thread. "Bangers and Mash" made her eyes light up.
She shared Davy's assertion that Americans miss alot of the subtleties of the humor, but just throwing out all the stuff I learned here brought some joy to a woman with no reason to have any.
And I'm apparently to visit Kent for a good time.
