Driving his mini with a cord on the steering wheel, and a mop on the gas pedal.

OK, this reminded me of a story my uncle tells.....

Some state workers were repaving a road which required a bulldozer. This dozer exceeded the weight limit of a local bridge that it needed to cross. Did these gents go around? Of course not!!! They tied ropes to the lever controls and had men on both sides controlling the forward movement of the dozer so that if it fell through no one would be hurt but if it didn't....rock on!!

If you were wondering, it didn't fall through.

True story!!

Yes, a number of classic British shows are quite good. However I believe we mustn't overlook some good current shows as well:

http://youtu.be/QQh56geU0X8

Top Gear (UK), the original and stil the the best.

I'm not sure I'd admit to owning one. A friend of mine always referred to them as Plastic Pigs. He really had it in for them. I'm thinking he was hit by one or something. I always dreaded seeing the one on my commute home. A real pain to get past on a B road at times. Those & Fiestas towing Caravans.
