Corn snake is similar, but markings have a different pattern.

Copperhead Agkistrodon contortrix (Viperidae), Pictures, stock photography, Photographs, Snakes, Images, Serpentes, Fine art prints, posters, scientific name

What we have here is... failure- to communicate.
