This is for unmotivated, lazy, procrastinating, people who enjoy their calorie saturated food.
You don't need to get outside today! Is that a salad?! Drench it with your favorite dressing and bacon bits! Deep fry that steak! See those cinnamon buns?? Dip them in chocolate frosting! Don't bother exercising! Flipping the channel is all the exercise you need! Put it off until later! If it weren't for the last minute, you wouldn't get anything done! Someday IS a day of the week!
