Understand that we are in the South- so when a Boston accent shows up, it stands out. Two of them, more so. Two men were inquiring about the process to purchase "some handguns".

The gent working the counter told them- first thing- do you have documentation to show you are a resident of Virginia? Or military with a permanent duty station in VA? Well....no.

Sorry, but by Federal law, I cannot transfer a handgun to a resident of another state.

Oh. come on- isn't there some way this could be handled?

No- and having advised you of that, to continue to ask puts you at risk of a trip to a Federal prison.

And who's gonna call the cops, huh?

Counter clerk smiled, reached in his pocket, produced his badge case. "You mean besides the three that are in this store right now? Say good day gentlemen- time for you to leave now."

That's crazy. Were they plants? That seems pretty brazen.

Was off duty at a big civic event hanging with a BUNCH of my buddies from work. We were all in plain clothes and one of the guys dresses like a thug when he's off. We were standing there joking around when the idiot standing next to the "thug" asked him to roll his perp for him cuz he had "done so much s*** that his hands were shaking."

My bud looked at the rest of us with a sloppy grin on his face, turned to the idiot and said "yeah man! I'll roll you a mean*** fatty! Give it here." And the idiot actually handed him a baggy and some joint paper.... In front of all of us.....

The poor guy never had a chance.

Boat- if they had opened their mouth one more time, that was about to happen. Solicitation to commit a felony. Happens to be a State law as well.
I would just like to hear the outcome of a case like this if the State Police got involved.
Any possibility of Bloomies butt boys actually doing time in a Virginia facility?

Bloomie has been advised by the VA Attorney General- try that crap again, you will not get them back until they make parole.

Only Bloombergs minions could have been that stupid. Real Boston Irish mobsters would have gotten locals to make the purchases.
