If you want something fixed cheap fast and right go get a farmer to look at the problem. He will come up with a cheap easy fast way to fix it.

I worked for a company HQed in Kansas the owner wanted monkeys. So he build this big enclosure with fancy keyed locks on it. 2 days and the monkeys had figured out how to pick the locks. The guy asked a few farmer friends of his to see if they could figure out how to keep the monkeys from picking the lock. It took them 30 minutes to design test and figure out how to keep the monkeys from picking the locks.

They are using hair to soak up oil. Human hair stuffed into used nylons hair from beauty and barber shops and used nylons from Tranny hookers in SF. I am not kidding.
