I wondered where i left my boot laces! :runbarf:

At least you didn't have an amputation and have to go all ambidextrous; some people are not good with switch hitting.

haha na those are long skinny gauze they stuffed into the holes in my arms to keep it open so the blood and infection could continue to pour out, now that they are out it can start to heal.

I believe it was some packing they put into the wound so it heals from the inside out. If the skin heals first then it might just fill up with infection again. If they pack sterile gauze in the wound, it heals from the bottom of the wound on up towards the skin.

It used to be called Iodoform gauze packing http://www.wisegeek.org/what-is-iodoform-gauze.htm but they may have changed what they use.

Damn dude, that looks pretty unpleasant. Good thing it wasn't any worse.

On the bright side, if the hole doesn't heal up all the way, you could hide a couple .22lrs in there for backup! Nah ok, that was terrible.

You could just do a Rambo on it. Open up a couple shells, pour the powder in, and give it a light. Problem solved.

Somehow I don't think WOC would approve of my recommendation.
