The golden years; bypass surgery in 1994, stints in 2008, scheduled for kidney removal this month. Old age has made me a better thinker though; I think before I stand, sit, bend over or before I pass a bathroom.

I am not older than dirt but the rocks were bigger and there were more of them when I was a kid.

Essential Tremor - right hand, mainly, so a two hand grip helps correct it.

Some time ago I discovered that adjusting the length of my camera strap so that it had tension against my neck when I held my camera out to take a picture would steady the camera a lot. More recently when qualifying for my CCW I found I could do the same thing with a pistol; hook my right thumb in that strap and tension it against my neck, and the sight picture stabilizes a lot.

Not much good in a gunfight, though.
So I carry a Glock 17, one in the pipe, and two extra magazines.
With 52 rounds, I should hit the BG at least a few times -
