I have mistreated my body for at least 60 of my 75 years that i have been on this good earth. Yes, I am now paying the opportunity costs for doing so. I don't hear or see well, don't move as fast, still drink, smoke but race a shifter kart and a BMW on occasion. But I did give up the Harley, too many "OLD" people still driving that have no respect for motorcycles.

I have had bypass surgery(1994) and stints (2008). I believe the worst malady of old age is the dental problems.

I had the misfortune of becoming old, but that was so long ago I can't remember the details.

I have the joy of growing old, that inspite of myself, God has graciously given me life...

If your going to start an " Old Farts Club" I'd like to join in too. I'll be 78 years old in two days. I started shooting in high school in 1952 and have been a member of the NRA since then. Though most (NOT ALL) of my military time in the Marine Corps was reserve time I retired as a Chief Warrant Officer with 23 years of service and was a " Weapons Repair Officer" . During my working career I worked as a gunsmith for the BrowninG Arms Co. and retired from there in 1999 with 38 years on the bench. I'm also a damn good photographer having been published in National Geo. Spent a LOT of years shooting competition rifle and pistol both as a civilian and with the Marine Corps. I hope this qualifies me. ALWAYS glad to help out if I may be of service to any one. THANK YOU for YOUR CONSIDERATION, Vearl Brown

Still thanks to God, I am not having any issues that affects my shooting that much. A Triple BP doesn't effect the shooting any once you get over the procedure. But in regard to C-3s comment, I have found it true that moving into positions the ground is farther down there and getting up the sky is higher! And the old bodd does not bend and flex like it use too!

When I was younger, my life's ambition was to be shot out of the saddle by a jealous husband at the age of 110, but I don't think I'll make it. I don't even want to anymore.

When I die I want to go quietly in my sleep like my grandpa, not screaming and crying like the other people in the car when it went over the cliff.

I have the "want to" and not the "ability" on a lot of different things in life. Drives me crazy.
