Well,I went to the doctor and it was all bad news! He had said I have two months to live! He then handed me the bill.

Wow, I can't possibly pay this in two months!

The doctor looked at me and said ,OK , I'll give you six months.!

i feel very old today. knowing another birthday is coming up soon and i will turn fifty years old. my father just recently turned seventy and my brother, his family and the wife and i celebrated his birthday by taking out to eat at a nice steakhouse,

i do look back and wonder where has the time gone and how did it slip past so quickly that sometimes it just seems like yesterday, and sometime just so long ago.

as my father tells us, everyday above ground is a good day. and if we all live long enough, we all get to grow old.

Axxe- I'd fix you up with a date with our oldest daughter- good looking girl, bar manager for all of the service clubs at 2 military installations- but I'm afraid of the age difference.

She'll be 52 her next birthday.

(Hey! Who let the youngsters in here?)

C3, i appreciate the offer and if i was single, i might could meet someone new. but, and there is huge but, i seriously doubt my wife would want me running off to meet your lovely daughter! thank you, but give her my regrets!

(my wife still has access to the guns and has her own as well. not good to piss off women that own guns!)
