Thats a good thing for gun owners as a whole, and it's a bad thing for anyone that was wanting a new Ruger right now.

I now will look for 'super' increases in Ruger prices. Maybe I'll put my Rugers up for a GAZILLION dollars (Thank you Mike Meyer/Austin Powers)

When I posted the Ruger link earlier, I came across this article from the Examiner indicating Colt and Glock doing the same thing!

Been gun shopping myself for the last couple weeks, adding to the stockpile + buying up ammo, and re-loading supplies. If BHO gets re-elected, and he gets a chance to appoint a couple lefty supreme court justices, we will be hit.

What I like about the whole idea of Ruger's backlog is there are a whole of people wanting to arm themselves.

I was at the gun store this morning. He said S&W and and several other companies are also not taking new orders, due to demand.
