Call your District Attorney's office and ask.

I am not a Lawyer but I play one on the Internet. So, my legal advise is...Find a real attorney and ask. That was given Pro Bono.

Talk with a lawyer- if WE give a wrong answer, YOU go to jail for a LONG time. If you were convicted of a FELONY, or a crime of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, you will need to talk to attorney about petition for restoration of gun rights. Fail to do that, it is now a violation of FEDERAL law for you to possess a firearm. Ever see pictures of Leavenworth? Weather sux, food is worse. Talk to lawyer.
