Matthew 7:21-23
New King James Version (NKJV)
I Never Knew You

21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ 23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’
well said Scott. it's time for God to judge his past deeds now.

To quote the late Moms Mabley, "You should always say something good about the dead. He's dead,,,,,, good."

The richest square mile on the planet is owned by who?

It is in the same town, as the richest man on the planet (some years)

This square mile, had 80 children come forward and speak of pedophiles, murders, worse. Read about it by googling Johnny Gosch

The worst atrocities on the planet, usually come back to religion, or government, or both. On a evil scale, this little man was pretty pale in comparison to a Jim Jones or any number of Popes in history.

The voices calling good, he is dead, make me afraid almost as much as the evil you call out against.

Good looks to good, and evil looks after evil.

Nicely put Mr. Takei...with kindness, eloquence and no small amount of Grace..

George Takei writes,
"Today, Mr. Phelps may have learned that God, in fact, hates no one. Vicious and hate-filled as he was, may his soul find the kind of peace through death that was so plainly elusive during his life."

I read Mr Ph obituary in the NYT. Turns out he was a disbarred lawyer, some sort of civil rights variety. Still unclear how he acquired the Reverend title. 'Cause he just said so? Could I become Rev Mercator if I sired 13 children and called them a congregation? That's just btw.

IIRC, just about anyone can become an ordained minister. not sure about the legalities of it, but there use to be years ago ads in the back of magazines where you could send off for the forms to become one.

Or just become a professional race baiter like Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton! Has anybody even ever heard of where their supposed churches are?
