What nuisance trees/weeds etc. are you dealing with specifically?
I have no idea what they are, specifically. But they are woody stemmed weedy things. I'll try to find out. I just keep sawing them down and they keep sprouting from right where I sawed them off. My next plan of attack is to pour a little gas on them and burn the stump part.

Visit Lowes, Home Depot, etc. Get a bottle of Weed & Grass Killer. Not Lawn Weed Control- Weed & Grass Killer. Cut the offending woody plants. Mix Weed & Grass Killer 1:1 with water- just a little, maybe 1/4 cup of killer and water. Use a paint brush, paint it on the cut stem. Will kill anything green.

Had some Black Locust that sprouted in my lady's iris beds. That is some tough stuff. That technique killed it dead.

Small trees and bushes are best terminated with a .22lr hollow point , close to the base , chain saws are too lazy and take no skill .
Ileave the weeds in the yard alone , there green too and help hide bald spots , after you cut them they look just like the grass .

Ps: dont use buckshot to drop small trees .... They like to stray off course and nail the quarter panel on unsuspecting tahoes and jeeps

Anyone seen the show '' toddlers & tiarras ? OMG WTF IS WRONG WITH THEM PEOPLE ! I calmly told my wife that if my girl came home with 3 nails that I would leave her . This one lady , dueced out 11k for a dress instead of fixing her rotten fence around the house . I had to rearange my list of folks who need to be shot last night after that show .
Really ? Who tells their 4yo that she is a failure and bashes her about how bad she sucked ? I dont hit women but id hire another woman to knock the hell out of some them on that show
And I thought Hoarders made me squirm

I have some concentrated RoundUp. I'll give that a try.

And I'm not using a chainsaw. I am using a hand saw.

I borrow my dad's electric chainsaw regularly; it is easy to use, starts every time, and is MUCH quieter than a gassy one.

They sell some fairly small ones for ease of use on small jobs.

*sigh* I guess I should look into one. I don't want to be doing it at all, though.
