Oxygen is a by product of plants respiration. Fish do breath oxygen.

"Unsafe per conditions" maybe? Because I totally thought they were suggestions too? I probably should follow them... scraping your pegs on a corner is not the smartest move...

Water is saturated with oxygen, if it is tumbling, rolling or oxygenated by a air pump in an aquarium. The oxygen molecules are gleened from that. Very stagnant or stale water, hot water or water with a lot of decay will have very little oxygen in it and a fish can actually suffocate in that. Have you ever seen fish in filthy water gasping for air at the surface? Yep, they are oxygen deprived and trying to survive. The more clean, fresh water is agitated, the more oxygen saturated it will be.

If I get killed or maimed on a motorcycle I wouldn't be able to enjoy my guns so much. I used to ride on the back of a motorcycle whenever I got a chance. Now I'm just too darned afraid to. I work in a hospital, you know.

It puts the term "Defensive Driving" on a whole new level. When I ride, it is as if I have a target pasted to me for the car drivers.

Yeah... it's caused me to take the backroads... okay actually I just love taking the back roads and avoiding drivers is just an excuse... but i figure at 65-75 mpg(8-9 TIMES my truck's fuel efficiency) I can afford to take the one lanes

Any suggestions, anyone?
She needs to write her name on the bin. She needs to let the English-speakers in the household know that the bins have to be ordered from the city rather than pilfered from neighbors and that they need to reign in their non-english-speaking charges before they do something stupid to a less-understanding neighbor.

Alternatively, maybe she could find one of those "Free Online Translation" webspots to translate "do not steal another bin from this adress" into whatever language they speak, so she can write it on the bin. Maybe she could decorate the bin with that phrase in a dozen languages.
