Gives a whole new meaning to "percussion section", don't it?

Just a little miffed. Some elbow grease should do the trick. I'm glad I bought it in stainless. I think I should polish mine as well.

I'm also miffed because the SP101 I ordered was supposed to be here today but now it's due Monday

Nothing like shooting with the old man!

My fondest memories are freezing my ass off, in a cornfield stubble field in eastern Colo., drinking coffee from his Thermos, admiring the pheasants we shot, and hoping the Brittanies didn't point up another during our break!
Unfortunately, my Dad is in no physical condition to shoot guns anymore. He's 82, suffered a stroke several years ago and has a very difficult time getting around. His hands shake and I don't think he has the strength in his hands to rack the slide on his pistol or to hold the rifle to his shoulder. BUT, he still loves and admires his guns. I was pleased to be able to give the guns a workout at Bear's and then to return them to my Dad in better condition than when I took them.

Aw man that stunks. I wasn't able to pick up polish yet, plus my boss was here, which took a good bit of my "free time" away.

I'm sorry woc, My grandfather is in much the same way, except my STEP grandmother made him get rid of his handgun... I'm not too sure what he had, but He said it was a 32 acp, and I would have much rathered he sell it to me than get rid of it to someone else. Oh well.

Gotta love the "tacticool" sensibility in play here with the guy's choosing woodland camo for an urban fight...But I really love the machine gun operators choice of footwear.

I know our own military issues flip flop but someone tells these guys there for the shower, not the fight.
