Not only did I not switch from the $9.99 to the $15.98 plan or even down to the $7.99 plan, as a result of this price change, I went down to the $4.99 plan. So there, Netflix, rather than getting 60% more from this customer, you got 50% less.
I don't think this was a smart move by Netflix. But, I'm probably wrong, as the number of ppl willing to go $15.98 or greater might be bigger than I think, or at least the number of ppl who didn't realize their bill went up might be greater than I think.
