I've been suckered into checking out a project rifle...Marlin 1893 in 32-40...my wife is going to love this. It's mechanically sound but needs cosmetic work.

Wal-Mart bringing guns back to U.S. stores - Apr. 28, 2011
Greed may have won the day as Wallyworld announces they are bringing back the guns at many of their stores!
EFFIN SWEET! The local WW still has them here, but this could help so many others. Maybe they will increase ammo availability too.
