Am I the only one that can watch movies over and over .. like Saving Private Ryan, Law Abiding Citizen , Shooter,, pretty much any testosterone filled movie

Nope. I much prefer to watch a "tried and true" movie, than take a chance on a "new" movie. Unless it has been recommended by a reliable source.

I will never get tired of some movies. Some are just too well made (or everything else SUCKS). Just acquired a newer, bigger TV - FIL won big on a scratch ticket at the same time my trusty tube TV died  . So every movie is basically brand new and we are loving it!

No. So can my 4 year old granddaughter. Snow White, Cinderella, Up, The Jungle Book, etc.

There was an unusual "suicide" in the county, the other day; dude shot himself three times. I await explanatory details.

Reminds me of a story told to me by an old cop many years ago. When he was a rookie, he and his partner responded to a suicide. It was on old guy who had a painful terminal cancer, and shot himself in the head with a 12ga pump.
Clear cut case of suicide.
After the Medical Examiner left, he and his partner were left to clean up.
Case was closed.
Then they got back to the station, and later that night were booking the shotgun in and he went to wrack open the action to eject the spent shell, but the action was locked. Perplexed, he hit the release and wracked the action. A live shell popped out of the chamber.
The two of them stood there looking at each other in shock. How does a dead guy pump the action after taking off most of his head?

I must have been one of those new guys who carries a 40S&W in bear country. Shot at a charging bear. The bear (with opposable thumbs) took his gun. End of story.
At least thats the only situation that makes since to me.
