I believe you are talking about Orca's. Sharks help keep the oceans clean of the old and sick, just like Ossammy wants to do with the elderly in the U. S. Don't go in the water and stay out of the woods with your picnic basket..............

I've had that happen a few times. Got lucky a couple times and I clicked the back button and the text was still there from a previous "preview post" I had done.
Now I usually highlight the text of a long post and copy it before I hit the submit button just in case I get an error message.
I can then paste it back in and re-submit

I always do that on my pc, but can't cut and paste with my phone. You think its frustrating to loose what you type on your pc try hunting and pecking on a Toni touch screen for 10 min then loosing it.

Many would qualify me as "sick" and some as "old". My picanic basket will have a holster in it.

So, i'm wondering about bleeding from a cut or injury. I try to avoid it, but it does happen (cat owner). So, what i'm wondering is, why can't i stick a cut thumb into a saranwrap-covered jello mold to stop the bleeding? I would assume the jello would need to be pressurized enough to push back at the blood more than the blood was pushing to get out (how many psi in 120/80 blood pressure anyway). Anybody got any jello bandages info?

Um, why not just hold pressure on it for a couple minutes with a paper towel or a tissue?

Sorry, the cut thumb was a simplified example; i was really thinking beyond that to perhaps something like a trash can covered in stretchy saranwrap & filled with pressurized jello for a hand with multiple cuts or road rash with limited structural damage. Maybe a trash can with a built-in light so somebody could take a pic for posterity or figure out how in the heck to sew that back together.

So you want a pressure vessel for a hand (or foot) to stop the bleeding, but still allow the doctor to see the damage and analyze how to throw some stitches/screws/plates around?
