Just got a job for a rebuild and its going to be a very ....... different one for sure. One of the marinas here houses several very big and very nice houseboats well one blew his motor up , lucky enough its a outboard , bad side is its a 39 footer so i cant trailer it and to have the trailer service come up from GA is around 1500.00 a day . I have never pulled a power head on the water but theres a first time for everything . Going to load the engine hoist onto the pontoon and try it that way .
Anyone want to get a wager going on what I drop in 25ft of water ?

Comforting , A fox just rolled up on me less than 10ft away , stopped , looked at me and kept walking towards the neighborhood full of kids and animals , I could not get a clean shot off quick enough so I called animal control and they pretty much said cool story .
Maybe I am wrong but I have always been taught that if a fox comes close to people its a pretty good chance something is wrong with it .
Little grey fox , never seen one that close , specially in the day time

Anyhow , here is lil mans very first belly flop LMAO

Yeah, I'd be suspicious of that fox. It shouldn't be out in the day wandering around like not a care in the world. They tend to be shy and reclusive in the day.......and at night.

Thought it was big ugly cat at first till I saw the tail and he got closer . I have seen the red ones out in the woods before , they would be way way way out , stop running , sniff the air and haul ass away from us w/o ever even seeing us .

Im sorry they may be cute but if I get a chance and they are close by my house they are done with .

Anyone know what bird may roost and sing ALL FREAKING NIGHT LONG !!!?
Very diverse songs , very very loud and roost in 1 of 2 trees EVERY SINGLE DANG NIGHT , only way to shut it up is to spray the water hose into those trees and since its dark , I cant shoot it , since I dont know what it is I cant hunt it during the day as we dont even hear it in the day time . Fixing to wire both tree with some bang and let him have it , I dont know how much more of it I can take , maybe a recording of it will help ID it

That bird is the word... my grandma calls it a night bird, maybe a mocking bird that works night shift? Dunno for sure, but I feel your pain. Its like they know every bird language known to avarian kind. I've had one this year, it moved like 50-100 yards farther away every night, until I couldn't hear it anymore.

About five years ago one was driving me nuts. I would go outside and throw sticks and stuff at it. Lay back down in bed, the little bastard would start up again. That was with the windows shut and ac running. One more reason I drink...

Have you guys ever seen, To Kill a Mockingbird with Gregory Peck? I know why they wanted to kill that Mockingbird!

This is not an admission of guilt.
