See that POS right there? He stabbed an 85 year old woman to death with a freakin pocket knife while robbing her trailer. A client owns the park. The old lady liked to cut her own grass and pick up around the park. Last week her lawn mower was stolen; she blamed the POS who later killed her. My client, he's all shades of upset; he drove her to a store and bought her a replacement mower of her choice (cheapest was her pick again). The stabber, he inherited his trailer from his grandmother (wonder how she passed).
BTW, the old folding chair leaning on the door did work as an alarm, apparently, but she did was unarmed when she investigated the noise in the night.
Check on your elderly relatives; sometimes they aren't being dramatic when they complain on the neighbors.
Knowing some of the guys in the county lockup and some of the staff, they better have that guy in isolation, or he probably won't make it to the trial.
