Gotta be the cinnamon & raisin biscuits - best thing at Hardee's.

Heck, none of my phones even have a separate part to hang up on another part now.
I still have a land phone.

Come Monday morning, Charlie said that he'd finally had enough of that dog and he took it to the pound.
Someone piped up with "the pound isn't open on Sunday."
Charlie calmly replied "I know. It took me four throws to get it over the fence."
I hope he was kidding.

I like to be winked at. Tell your kids THAT. Maybe we'll pass each other somewhere someday.

Great news. Good luck on the new living quarters, new town and new job.

If he did that with my little dog, I'd be beyond angry.

I do looooove the chai's. I guess I am gonna have to give this mate stuff a shot.

Congrats on the gig! I hope you don't freeze up there. At least you don't need a boat to fish the big lakes...just a chainsaw & a funny little fishing rod.

Had my first confirmed kill of one in mid feast on my arm this week; good sized one, must've been almost 3/4" long, couldn't get a weight with the splatting and blood loss.

No mosquitos yet, yesterday MN outdoor news had a story about maybe having ice on the lakes for mid -May opener again. I think (hope) it will melt before then!

I was out with some guys from work last night and the subject of age came up when I mentioned I would be 50 this summer one of the guys kind of looked stunned and then he said " What the **** just happened? Do you guys realize the youngest guy at this table is almost 50. It wasn't that long ago I didn't know anybody who was 50 that wasn't a friend of my fathers"

I am watching "Swiss Family Robinson" with my daughter it is a lot of fun to hear her laughing at the antics of the youngest boy. My new favorite movie quote is " Can I keep the baby elephant"
