Mid 80's here in San Diego. We had, maybe three days of rain and few more of clouds. We never had a winter. Now don't get me wrong, I don't envy the severe winter stuff, but the endless summer is getting old.

Warmed up into the high thirties. Noisy day as all the snowin the roof came shooting off the roof and crashed on the deck.

Took some trying, but finally did get it started, but am a little worried.
My guess is you shifted the motor/transmission and the linkage is no longer lined up like it was. Worse case you broke a motor mount.

You might be able to adjust the shift linkage, and get the shift detente lined back up.

My bet? Double your guess.

Best thing to do is remove EVERYTHING including carb and put the weber or holley conversion on it and be done .
But in order for it to be right you have to take the old carb and beat it , shoot it , burn it then throw the rest in the ocean with your eyes closed so you dont see where it landed .

Just saw were they are selling cans of already pre-mixed gas for saws and eaters , you can get it 40:1 or 50:1 . I can feel our world getting dumber and dumber .

I also acquired a 4 stroke moped drive train , engine, clutch , rear wheel and electrical . Wonder if anyone has ever made a gas unicycle ?
Thinking about using it for a small paddle boat drive . Another worthless item sitting around until a wild idea pops up .
Could make a go cart out of it I guess

Hence why I dont give money , id rather give time . Whudda thunk wounded warrior would be a shame ? Hell I was trying to hook up with them last year not now .

Got a chance to shoot a ruger bolt gun in 44 mag yesterday , highly disappointing . @ 20yrd if that even it was hitting no less than a whole 1ft below where you were shooting , in fact it cost me a nice tire and rim when my bud shot at a tail light . But even though it was off out of the box it does nice groups .
Also got to shoot his kimber 1911 , ahhhh that thing is soooo smooth , any idiot can make nice groups with that one .

A 44mag will go through 2 sheets of steel '' trunk '' and 3 leather seats before hitting the airbag and falling , I was kinda impressed by that
