I'm sorry to hear this, Buckhuntr. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

I know my abilities in bad weather, I know my trucks capabilities in bad weather. The people that would rather die than be stuck behind a truck when the weather is good( by die I mean they will pull out in front of you not caring that you can't stop that quick in a truck). In weather like this I might not be able to stop at all but they will pull out in front of me anyway and moving slower than they think they are because in their haste they are spinning their wheels and not moving fast enough. I may have only been going 5 to 10 mph, but now I am sliding at 5 to 10 mph trying to avoid their silly ass!!

Made for a damned long day. I have sympathy for the leos out there who have to deal with these idiots in person when they cut it too close and get their pretty new suvs totaled by their own stupidity.

OK rant over, go back to your regularly scheduled programing.
I know what you mean. I quit driving a semi in 1996. Got tired of the daily abuse from other people and from the dispatchers. But I remember driving in the bad winter weather, and I remember the 4-wheel drive turkeys that would go zipping by at 70 mph when everybody else was doing 35 and staying in line. I'd see them lying upside down in the median a few miles down the road.

Its flippin cold , window was frozen at the drive through this morning , thought I was going to have to pee on it to thaw it . No heat to speak of in the shop but the collards , corn bread and country steak w/gravy is keeping a certain section very warm .

We need collard and turnip air fresheners . I miss walking into my grandparents old house in the evenig and smelling that wonderful stink .
I was walking around eating collard sandwich made out fo cornbread last night , thought the wife was going to puke LMAO
Just as good as a butter bean , pea , black eye pea and corn biscuit
I hate sweet potatoes but the baby sitter made some with coconut in them and it was right good

Hey MobileMarine
That stuff sounds pretty good. The worst smell I ever encountered when it comes to food was chit'lins. Man that stuff stinks. I wanted to try to eat some, but every time I got a forkful close to my face it made me gag. I never did get any of it into my mouth.
Everybody else was laughing at me, but WTF.

Chitlins are a wonderful food. It does help to be a few sheets in the wind the first time you eat them.
