The boat is above water. The crew seems to be ashore, that's always a plus.

That's mostly a rock channel, I heard water is low there. Boat ahead of them bumped hard. This one followed through. It is my company, just not my boat. Made the news in laclair iowa

On the East coast where they tow, rather than push, tugs occasionally get run over by their barges. Usually while letting out cable, as when entering a large body of water from a canal. The result is likely either the tug rolling over or just going under. Either way, it's a bad way to end a trip.
Stay safe, keep a weather eye out.
