Oh, I'll go on record, and say I do NOT support the idea. No matter how much I hate the guy, we should never allow any such thing to happen to any president of ours, regardless of what he's done, or what he's accused of. If international courts demand it, at the very least, they must be tried on our soil, IMO.
Look on youtube/clare daly--- Lots of anti obama comments, I really liked the post from Abbey Martins "Breaking the Set" Wher Clare Daly says obama should get the award for "hypocrite of the century" plus other excellent quotes against him and his wife too!

Oh I hate him. But I'd be willing to fight before allowing someone to take our president. It's respect for the office more so than the man. Now....once he's out of office...

Collies are good dogs. Beyond smart. I love Border Collies.

If he's out of office, he's on his own.

Although this is a long thread it has been interesting. On the subject of identity theft. I wrote a letter to all three credit agencies and froze my credit. I'm in the pay as you go mode now and it did cost $30 to unfreeze for the refi to a shorteter term on our house. Freezing your credit will prevent a credit account from being opened, it will not protect you from someone using your social security number. I think it's worth $30

I really enjoyed the talk about trucks as I was an owner operator and a certified cummins mechanic back in the days before electronic injectors when the injectors were operated by push rods.

Last night my son and I went to check out a front axle for one of his 4 wheelers. Figured we would be able to talk the guy down a bit from $900 if it was what he wanted. Ends up the guy has a highly modified axle with the right gears and an air locker in it, plus a bunch more we need. He agrees to $800 for it. Then we asked what else he had. How about a complete engine with all of the accessories, bell housing and a 4-speed granny box on it? Another $300 (offered $1000 for all of it but no go.) and it was ours. He has a bunch of other stuff that he can use, but no cash. We go home with a seriously overloaded little Nissan Frontier.

Tonight I get home at 8:00 and son has the engine in the dead truck that was parked several months ago. Eat dinner and go out to work on it.

10:30 PM and the sweetest sound a 17-year old can hear roars to life. Open headers, backfiring through the carb, loud enough to wake the dead, but

IT IS ALIVE!!!!

Sweet. Should have it on the road tomorrow.

This dog's a troll. I'm stretched out in my recliner, he runs across the room, pounces on my chest sending me tumbling, then sits there staring at me like he's laughing.
