Not a smart thing to say in a gun store

Sending the wife to apply for 2 openings at the National Guard , on for HR and the other is for some type of paralegal with training on both . I hope like hell she can get on there , ought to be some good benefits and much closer to home

Nah, just quietly walk up and snap a picture of him on your cellphone, smile, wave, and walk off.

I am out in the yard with my dogs. I'm in a lounger with my laptop. It's beautiful outside today.

The lack of federali snooping ethics may cut into their recruiting.

Lesson of the day :
When rebuilding carburetors make DAMN sure you dont mix jets from other carburetors

I had 4 , 2 for each motor but different years but other than jets and butterflies they are IDENTICAL

spent the past week chasing fuel and idle issues .

.......... Might work if both carbs are the same configuration

Nice. It's so exciting waiting for a new baby. I really enjoyed being pregnant.

well my random thoughts for the day. stupid sometimes can be expensive!

took in a Dixie Chopper mower a few weeks ago for repairs. had a little over 40 hours on it. needed to be serviced and the hydraulic system flushed. why would it need to be flushed? well the owners 19 year old son decided that the hydraulic tand was for gas! well i suctioned the gas out of the tank and removed and drained the filters from the pump/drive motor units and flushed the usnits and put fresh oil in them. well, the damage was already done. they would hardly even pull and were making loud noises. so i called the owner and informed him of the damage and the estimated price for repairs. the pump/drive motor units are $867 each plus about 6 hours labor at $55 per hour. so it was going to cost a little over $2200 to repair. he wanted us to do it under warranty! i said there was no way that was going to happen. it was not their fault his son put gasoline into the hydraulic system and they would want the units for analysis and warranty purposes. he got kind of pissy about it hung up. well late last week he called back and asked how long would it take to fix it. i informed him it would take about two days once i got the parts in. he told me to order th parts and go ahead and repair it. i got finished with it this morning. i told the manager that there was not any cutting this guy any slack, no matter how much he pissed and moaned. this person rents equipment ll the time and is very quick to inform anyone listening he knows exactly how to run the equipment. several times i have had to make service calls on equipment he rents, and he thinks there's a problem, when actually nothing is wrong other than operator error! so the Dixie Chppoer repair is my silent revenge on this idiot! sometimes i actually enjoy my job!
