Lost my father ten days ago, a week and a day after his 75th birthday. I worked along side him almost every day from the time I could operate a pitchfork. My middle son is getting marrried today in the same church the funeral service was in on monday, I think it may be a tough day.

What an emotional day for you. Take care of yourself.

At least, that is what I think it was.

(mods feel welcome to move if it gets too political)
That was to keep you from noticing and being ticked off that a Marine in dress blues was holding an umbrella over their heads to keep them from getting wet while standing out in the rain...

1) Yay!! Utah cashed my check for my CCW permit that will give me reciprocity with 36 states.

2) I just planted 2 Reliance red seedless grape vines and put up the arbor for them. I can't wait to taste that 1st sweet & juicy handful of homegrown grapes!

Signed papers on our loan today. Paid for the appraisal, now waiting for it to be appraised and the loan to go to te underwriter. If everything goes as planned in 40-45 days we will have the keys to our first home.

Well, you did say you live alone. LOL At least you're in good company, I guess, sorta...

General Custer. He LOVED onions. Would eat 'em raw like an apple.

Sweet onions can be so amazingly good though. And when they're missing, ya know it!

There is no-one worth shooting with #8 shot and I don't care if it's a Judge or 34" Trap Shotgun. Shoot to stop or don't pull the trigger. Period.
