Orange - I appreciate that, I do. And it's not as if I am going to ignore this suggestion completely, it's just that, well, I have a thumb for a reason and it isn't to eat immitation meat.

Funny you should say that as I have noticed that the weight came off initially pretty quickly but then stopped suddenly. I suspected that my body was flippin' me the bird. I am going to adjust my diet to a simple low carb one that I can live with.

The things we do to keep the wimen folk happy. Getting old does suck.
