The hardees here has something they call tomato gravy, but it is all runny and thin.

Yeah, I only had it once, my buddies mother (from WV) makes it up mid-summer when the tomatoes are real ripe, damn it was good!!

Why do people ruin perfectly good biscuits with gravy of any kind?

Perfectly good scratch biscuits are only enhanced by perfectly good scratch gravy...

Mine are good with anything. You could stack dog doo on them and they'd still taste good. I don't recommend it though.
