I remember when I was younger having to sit through Lawrence Welker, so I could watch Emergency.

Buy them on dvd and use your computer. I got the entire first season of Hogan's Heros for $10 shipped.

Emergency was a spin off of Adam 12 which was directed by Jack Webb who starred and directed Dragnet.
Lawrence Welk hosted a show with an orchestra which played a lot of waltz and polka kinda music.
