A friend of mine was just asking me a couple days ago if I felt like I was falling apart as I near thirty. Yep. He does too. Then an older man spoke up (maybe 50ish), and said, "don't worry. You'll get used to it and forget how bad you feel. Then around 40, you'll get a whole new set of problems. And a finger up your ass everytime you pee funny."

Gee. Thanks for that. Doctor bass turd better buy me dinner first.

I'm glad they were amused. I weren't.
Pretty funny. I hope you heal up quickly.

My wife cut her triglyceride level in half. She cut out sugars and simple carbs, took fish oil, and ate more fruits, vegs, and whole grains.

You people still doing that paleo thing or give up on it?

And if fish oil makes you sick chia seeds are good. But refined sugars and carbs are the big deal.

The refined sugars and carbs are what I'm going to try to cut out. But you've seen the way I eat. Everything is fried and/or loaded with carbs. It's gonna be hard.

Thanks Winds.

I'm currently looking for a dentist who is resonable in pricing, but is not a butcher when it comes to fixing teeth. So far, I'm having a difficult time finding the right one. Sometimes it sucks living out in the sticks.

Funny isn't it? It always seems like if Kansas City gets snow or ice then the rest of the state seems to get it. I already have three to four inches of sleet is in my yard and street.
