Get her dirty, then clean her so she starts to respect you. When her trust is complete, she will serve you well for a lifetime!

So, today my youngest son comes over because we were going to file for his passport. We got all the paperwork filled out, had a passport photo taken, had his old passport (he was under 16 when that one was issued) and then headed to the municipal building we needed to file. And guess what.....it's closed because it's president's day. Don't they usually celebrate that on the closest Monday to 02-12? We were kind of ticked.

Yes, that did cross my mind, actually. I think I need a government job. *sigh*

We're going to try again Thursday.

President's Day is officially observed this year on 2/18. I will be off that day. Love those bank holidays...

Now that everybody on a pc sees the fancy supporting member logo, the lower rung members on phones can't see at all who is supporting or not. Or is it just me?

Anybody ever get on armslist? I tried to reply to someone who posted a .22, but I had to register my email address, name, and home address. NOT. Maybe I need to hang up the tinfoil, but I don't like that or see a need to. Sign of the times I guess. Armslist will probably be banned soon anyway.

The river claimed another soul today in Cario. Reminds you to love and live like there is no tomorrow.
