Haha no... That's like putting an intake on your car that sits right over the engine and pulls hot air out of your engine compartment and calling it a cold air intake, it's actually a warm air intake...

Haha, I haven't ever heard it called a hot water heater. When my Mom gets something out of the freezer she says it needs to unthaw, isn't that what it was doing in the freezer?

Yep, but some people put the filter quite literally over the top of the engine... Most frequently teenage boys who drive Honda Civics and have annoying exhaust systems...
