Wish me lots of luck , speaking of luck and we all know the wonderful luck I have , I am reloading 26mm flare shells for my 37mm launcher . I have them primed and am now contemplation on what to load them with and if said load should be fused or not . I do have some fireworks and mortars on hand I could scavenge some goodies out of . Whole lot of shell here to fill up , bout 6in long
Why does everyone expect me to come to the party with the crazy chit

Who decides what a "serving size" is? I just made myself one packet of instant oatmeal and I don't think there was enough there to keep a mouse alive until lunchtime. Who really eats a "serving size" of anything? Serving size of meat, 3 oz. Serving size of pasta or rice, 1/2 cup cooked. Chips, snack foods, 1 oz.

That's what I had -- Apple Cinnamon with half 2% milk. Yum, but not the Low-Sugar version -- couldn't find any when I bought this. But I DID grind some Columbian coffee -- even yummier! I'm good for the moment but dinner didn't start till 9 PM last night...

The human stomach is approximately the size of the respective person's fist. You really shouldn't eat much more than a meal about that size.

Serving portions are, unfortunately, based on caloric intake and approximate nutrient needs.

So you only eat 3 oz of meat and 1/2 cup of rice or pasta at any meal?

Hell no. I never said that's what I do, only that it's what actually should be done.

That would be like NOT driving 5 over the limit, NOT adding salt to your fries, and NOT drinking 8 glasses of water per day.

I'm hanging out with Trip Jr. I have been informed that I'm not old enough to work on trucks, apparently I have to 31 to do that... Who knew?
