I like my 4x4 5 speed in snow. Car has traction control and is manumatic.

kytowboater is the situation with the water levels on the Mississippi affecting your ability to move large tows yet or do you not work the Mississippi? Just curious.

I work the upper Mississippi and Illinois. I know there are tow restrictions between St. Louis and cario. Down to 20 barges, we have our smaller boats running between there for lighter drafts. Today stl was -3.00 may be about -4 by the 31.
It's not looking good.

I rarely go past stl. I always turn there and head back north. I've been to cario 3-4 times. I know grand tower rock is a bad ass area right now. Real low.
