I like raspberry tea and tea with lemonade and chai tea and iced tea, particularly the long island variety, but I'm not entirely fond of sweet tea....

I swear , if I wont stopped up , I would have chit all over myself this afternoon laughing at my dogs chasing ducks and geese out in the pond . Even the kids were tickled as all get out . We were riding the new golf cart and I sent the dogs out after the ducks in the pond , the ducks would let them get with in a foot before moving , and when they moved you could see the dogs trying to jump and pick up speed . THEN , They caught a glimpse of the Canadian geese .
Geese dont take well to being pestered by swimming dogs and the fight that ensued between the dogs and that goose is the most hilarious thing I have ever seen . All 3 would disappear for a few seconds then pop up and go at it again . And that goose was wearing their ass out
It took me forever to recall the dogs , I got a bit worried they would tire out with the cold ass water and fighting , swimming so much .

Watching the great barrier reef and the deal between the sea cucumber and the pearl fish just looks ...... wrong , just wrong . Google it , its almost bunker material

Nooo.....it has to be cylindrical ice with the hole through the middle. Crushed ice melts too fast. Go chip some ice out of the river.

I don't like sweet tea, either. I make my iced tea in a quart mason jar. Three teabags of black tea with one mint teabag. So good.

Okay, I figured it out. After 16 years of being divorced my ex in-laws can STILL drive me nuts. I texted my kids to see if they knew what it was about. My ex-MIL had an 80th birthday party this past summer. Their family is LARGE. My ex has 10 brothers and sisters himself and the family goes on from there forever. My ex doesn't even know all his aunts, uncles, cousins. Anyway, my address is still on the in-laws list of contacts from when my kids were young and still living at home. Since I kept my ex's last name when we divorced many think I'm "one of them". This card sender is my MIL's cousin. Apparently she is just sending cards to everyone on the address list because she doesn't know my from Adam. She apparently thinks she met me at the 80th birthday party along with my kids. I haven't been to a "**** family function in eighteen years.

I was in Indiana once time on vacation and went to a restaurant to eat adding ordered sweet tea to drink, the woman looked at me and said, "You must be from Tennessee." I just looked at her and said"yeah", really wondering how she figured that out. Sweet tea is a true Southern drink, not just a Tennessee drink.

The further South you go, the sweeter it gets.
And not to try to be racist, but an old fashioned southern black lady makes the best damn sweet tea ever. I don't know what kind of secrets those matrons keep, but damn I'd love to have one of their cookbooks...
