That is too funny.

When I was a kid, my Dad had this old Jeep. Real cool. Fire engine red, sharp as a tack.

When I was about four years old, we had a nice ice storm. And I decided to get all that ice off my Dad's Jeep for him. With a claw hammer. I would beat it until it cracked up, then flip the hammer and use the claws to scrape it off.

Fast forward about twenty years or so... After both parents telling me all the time that they hope I have a little boy that acts just like me and gives me the hell I gave them...

I was helping my Dad wash his truck, a nearly new (2 years old) Z71. We hear banging and scraping coming from the other side of the truck. We paused and looked at each other, then peeked around the back of the truck to see another little four year old trying to help. By scraping the mud off the side of the truck with a claw hammer.

The old man said he hopes I have one just like me. He got his wish!

I won't wash my cars with a pressure washer, I wash trucks with a pressure washer and if the paint is starting to come up, it will take it right off.

My Chevelle has a chrome strip around the bottom of the vinyl that will hold water, I'll wash it dry it then have to go back three or four times and dry the places where the water runs out from under the chrome strip. Drives me mad.

I think I would have been disowned for doing something like that...
I got in trouble for running my fingers through the dust on paint.

Default I am befuddled........

I got a Christmas card in the mail today from somebody in California. The name doesn't ring a bell. The hand written not on the card said,

"It was so wonderful meeting you and your family on such a joyous occasion."

For the life of me, I can't figure out who this person is or what the "joyous occasion" was.
